[Bug 36912] dapper flight5 - open office menus drawn wrong

Description:
After installing flight5 of dapper, bringing up any OpenOffice application (e.g. Write or Draw) brought up window but all menus (e.g. File) have no background repainting - thus start off transparent and then keep the orange highlight as you mouse over them.
Install seemed to go ok although no default user was created and was an offline install as the wireless USB key was not recognised.
