In Ubuntu 5.10 shortcuts in non-english begin to work in OpenOffice 2.0,
GEdit. Opera 8.5 also fine. But Firefox and AbiWord still have described
problem. I found similar bug reported in AbiWord BugZilla 4 years ago!
Аnd it still not fixed. So I think it is not Ubuntu problem but a Linux
architecture and must be fixed globally somewhere deep in XOrg or Gnome
or in each individual case.
