[Bug 36744] weird ")" in To Do label

Description:
Using Dapper up-to-date, the To Do label string has a weird parenthesis
at its beginning. It should probably be removed.

Steps to reproduce
1) Start evolution
2) Right click on an email in the email list
3) Go to label
4) Notice the Todo label is reported as ") To Do"
