yes, but then I get anti-aliased fonts in my terminal, something which
I don't like :)
Oops, sorry just forgot something...:
[21:57|miekg at elektron ~]
% more ~/.fonts.conf
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">
<!-- /etc/fonts/conf.d/enable-fixed.conf -->
<fontconfig>
<selectfont>
<acceptfont>
<pattern>
<patelt name="family"><string>Fixed</string></patelt>
</pattern>
</acceptfont>
</selectfont>
</fontconfig>
I have this file which re-enables this for me.
Now the thing becomes: when I use bitmapped fonts system wide,
epiphany uses bitmapped fonts. When I disable bitmap fonts, the
fonts in epiphany are anti-aliased.
If I do this locally, with a `.fonts.conf' file in my homedir, the
(in my opion) correct behaviour emerges:
non anti-aliased in my term
aliased in my browser.
Thanks for your time,
