[Bug 35805] Menu opens over panel

Comment:
It doesnt always happen and it appears that the print screen key doesn't
do anything when the menu is open.  To explain further,  when clicking
the system menu (when the panel is at the bottom of the screen) the
"logout" option appears right under the cursor so when you release the
button,  it logs out immediately.
