[Bug 35807] Totem-xine fails to play xvid format.

Description:
When trying to play a xvid video with totem-xine, this error message is displayed: "Video codec 'XviD' is not handled. You might need to install additional plugins to be able to play some types of movies".  Xvid is an open format AFAIK, and I believe it works with totem-gstreamer.  Here's an example file:
