Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/35778

Affects: ubuntulooks (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
It is possible to specify a "contrast" parameter in the gtkrc. However
this is not used much. Playing with settings between 0 to 1 it appears
that scrollbar sliders are the only ones affected by changing this..?

If the value of "contrast" had greater impact on the overall drawing, it
would allow for a lot of variety in themes using ubuntulooks.

Sample places to apply the contrast switch:

 - Button gradient (all states)
 - Menu item hightlight gradient
 - Listview item highlight gradient
