[Bug 35659] Need a way to disable spellchecking

Description:
In xchat-gnome 0.10 spellchecking isn't configurable at all and often
gets in your way if you are on multiple channels with different
languages. It needs to be either configurable like it is in the current
svn version, or just easy to disable.
