[Bug 35563] Problem with scrollbars in Acrobat Reader

Description:
The vertical scrollbar is very little on long documents,  and there is a
problem with that.

I don't know how to explain it easily in english, so you can see a

I don't know if this problem occurs in other software.

(Don't tell me "Do not use Acrobat", I was just trying it... :)
