[Bug 35539] Entire title is not visible by default

Description:
If you bring up gcalctool on a default dapper install, this is what you
will see in the titlebar "Calculator - Ba".  The window is not large
enough to read "Basic".  Is " - Basic" really neccessary for the title?
If it were to be removed, the entire title would be clearly visible by
default.
