[Bug 35538] clock applet incorrectly grabs data from evolution calendar

Description:
i have several appointments set up in my evolution calendar. however,
when i click the clock applet to view appointments by clikcing on the
day, the appointments are several hours off. for example, a 9:00am
appointment in evolution shows as a 1:00am appointment in the applet.
i'm using dapper.
