Description:
Hi, while processing dapper translations into Rosetta I detected that
this package has the help using .po files.

It's being common that GNOME packages use .pot/.po files to translate
documentation so we should handle it the same way we handle normal .pot
files.

Take a look at help/ for the Makefile that controls it.
