[Bug 35267] hal can't mount a dvd on a usb dvd recorder

Description:
I have an usb dvd recorder. I can burn dvd with it without problem but
ubuntu dapper can't mount automaticlly the dvd after it. If I'm using
the command "pmount /dev/scd0", the dvd is mounted correctly.

The last lines in dmesg are (the last four lines are print after pmount
command):
