[Bug 35032] poor colours on Language Selector window

Sorry, I wasn't very clear in my original post.  I actually meant the
language selector from the log in screen.

On the login screen select Options -> Select Language.  You get a new
window with pop-ups to select the language. The background of the window
is tan (as I recall) and the pop-ups are dark grey. Not a major thing,
but it looks funny.
