[Bug 34899] Track-change notification bubbles are wrong shape

Description:
When the track changes in Rhythmbox, a notification bubble is shown.
This bubble tends to be mis-shapen at the bottom, depending on the
length of the track/album/artist name being displayed.

This seems to be due to the size and placement of the icon being used in
the notification bubble, stretching the left edge of the bubble.
