[Bug 34889] Please re-enable mini-commander

Description:
gnome-applets 2.14.0-0ubuntu1 disables mini-commander applet and
recommends deskbar-applet instead. I dont think it's a good idea :

desbar-applet is not really a good replacement for mini-commander:
 * it has a huge memory footprint
 * it doesn't auto-complete application names like mini-commander does.
 * it does a lot of things that users of mini-commander don't need (or they wouldn't be using mini-commander)
Could you please consider re-enabling mini-commander ?
