[Bug 33379] IMAP INBOX disappears when upgrading Hoary -> Breezy

I see the same problem on a clean install of Breezy. 
The inbox is not only missing from the folder list 
(whether or not I am overriding the name-space), 
but also from the subscription list, so I can't change
it's subscription status. 

As a workaround I created a symbolic link to my inbox
in the directory containing the rest of my folders, and
set evolution to check for new messages in all folders. 
This is ugly, but seems to be working.
