[Bug 13382] Update manager can open console off screen.

Description:
The Ubuntu Update Manager opens new windows for the console or downloading new
updates. These windows open at the center of the main manager window, So if the
update manager window is off to the right side of the screen, when the console
opens you cant really see whats going on. Not a big deal.
