[Bug 34502] [Dapper] problems with maximized window

Description:
There are two problems:
1. Evolution doesn't remember if it's maximized on close. (It remembers its size).
2. If maximized, there some strange effects with rounded cornerns (in default Human, Clearlooks and other themes with rounded corners) - screenshot follows.
