Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34426

Affects: ubuntu-artwork (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
Hi,
Since you are creating a new ubuntu artwork for breezy (currently very orange), I suggest to make the scroolbar a very visible shiny orange pod. It should stick very clearly from the scrollbar background, and from all the other widgets (like it happens in OSX and in Windows XP).

Why? Because it is very useful to be able to reach for the scrollbar
without looking. I believe in english you say "with the back of an eye".
In Gnome, in maximized firefox and nautilus windows this is very
desirable, since the scrollbar is attached to the corner according to
fitt's law.
