[Bug 34003] multimedia file's properties

Description:
I use zh_CN.UTF-8 locale. But when I check multimedia file's
properties,for example a mp3 file,Nautilus context menu  language will
be changed to English from Chinese.and when open another Nautilus
windows,it will be a complete English edition.
