[Bug 33971] Rhythmbox with Fluendo mp3 plugin plays sound, but doesn't give time and slide bar

Description:
1. Launch web browser, go to www.fluendo.com, go to Downloads, go to Fluendo Webshop, register, buy Fluendo mp3 plugin for free, download it
2. Decompress it on your desktop
3. Open ~/.gstreamer-0.10, create plugins subdirectory there
3. Get libgstflump3dec.so copied from desktop into this directory
4. First problem is that Rhythmbox relaunch won't find a plugin, it won't play mp3 files anyway. Totem (totem-gstreamer) will play mp3 file without problems and will have correct time slide.
5. After user relogin/reboot Rhythmbox finds plugin, plays mp3 files but doesn't provide time slide bar, nor what time is left for song.
