[Bug 22011] gnome-screensaver does not Conflict with xscreensaver

If it really was fixed in september, it is broken again.

I can install both xscreensaver and gnome-screensaver, and each gets its
entry in the preferences menu. I cannot uninstall gnome-screensaver
because it drags the whole gnome-desktop with it.

I would like to keep xscreensaver and dump gnome-screensaver, but it is
seemingly impossible to do so
