[Bug 33814] Nautilus doesn't keep desktop icon positions after reboot

Description:
This is on dapper Flight 4 with the latest updates: after I re-arange
icons using Clean Up by Name option in the right-click menu and then
reboot the system, the icons change their positions (and not always in a
consistent way).
