[Bug 33809] choose starting irc channel

Description:
It would be nice if I could choose the channel that x-chat gnome
displays when it starts.  I have x-chat configured to join several
channels on startup, it picks the last channel in the list.  If possible
it would be nice if you could reorder the channels in the "Users and
Channels" dialog, or somehow select the primary channel to open.
