[Bug 22624] Evince does not show up on "Open with"

In both Breezy and Dapper, "Evince" or "Document Viewer" doesn't appear
in the long list of applications in the "Open with Other Applications"
right-click menu.

But "Document Viewer" is the default option at the top of the menu you
get when you right-click on a pdf file, so is this is really an issue
since evince is easily accessible to the user?
