[Bug 33458] gnome-screensaver-command has strange command line option handling

ugh, thats a tad bigger than i thought, gnome-screensaver-command makes
extensive use of the goption parser from glib which automates all the
help/usage generation. obviously this thing neither allows to react with
a usage/help message on empty nor on wrong arguments.
