[Bug 33467] nautilus locks upon opening thumbnails folder

Description:
Opening ~/.thumbnails/normal makes nautilus lock up.
It probably gets in an infinite loop trying to make thumbnails of the thumbnails.

This may not be a frequently triggered bug, but hey, seeing software
crash makes me always feel a little sad ;-)
