[Bug 33325] Seeking through mpg videos doesn't work properly

Description:
I'm using totem-gstreamer with all plugins, and I have a nvidia geforce4 with the nvidia-glx driver installed.  Steps to reproduce (details follow):
* Open totem-gstreamer.
* Open a *.mpg file.
* Choose a position to seek to.
* Totem will seek to a position in the video about twenty seconds before where you requested.

I have tested these with multiple mpg files.  This behavior does not
occur with avi files.  If you would like to use the videos I tested for
