[Bug 51400] Can't edit partitions without adding and removing

Public bug reported:

Ok, not being able to resize a partition, I'll begrudgingly accept.

But not being able to select the type of the partition without deleting
and recreating it is quite annoying.

That was my experience running it via ubiquity via the LiveCD installer
on 6.06-final
