[Bug 50877] Incorrect en_US translation for the minimize/maximize tooltips

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: metacity

The language support pref panel on my system shows that USA English is
the default for new users and such, but when checking the tooltips in
metacity for the maximize/minimize widgets they show up as "Maximise
Window" and "Minimise Window" (the British spelling).
