[Bug 50773] avatars in gaim

Public bug reported:

The other day I have updated my avatar in Gnome, at the application:
About me, and suddenly I have an idea: why gaim doen't get the avatar
for each protocol (msn, yahoo, etc) from the image I have set in About
me?

The idea is simplify the handles of avatars. It could be a good feature.

This feature will only work with the protocols that enable use avatars.
