Binary package hint: launchpad-integration

I'm not sure were to file this so please forward to correct place if
necessary.

I was translating some phrases when it occured to me that there is
probably considerably less words than phrases to translate.

Suggestion:
In launchpad:
1. Create a standard word list and translation for the words
2. Suggest a direct translation as well (word for word)

Result:
1. Makes it easier for translator when translating new phrases.
2. Words are consistently translated between packages (with different translators)
3. Speeds up translation.
