[Bug 50571] 100% CPU usage on launcher edit

This is 100% repeatable on my laptop and has been demonstrated on others
(http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=1161245)

Right clicking on an icon launcher on the panel and clicking properties
and then closing it down after looking at info there, and then doing the
same thing on another icon launcher (doesn't matter which ones) will
immediately result in 100% CPU usage by gnome-panel until gnome-panel is
killed.
