[Bug 50166] deskbar-applet does not work in romanian locale

Public bug reported:

When switching from english to romanian deskbar-applet does not work
anymore (still in the panel, and I can still write things in it but
nothing works - neither preferences setting or About...). When switching
back to English, everything works fine. Thank you.
