If Gaim is using the web browser specified by the KDE setting then
Gaim's preferences window should not show the "web browser" preference.
It sounds like this is not the case.

Also, even if "Custom" is selected in Gaim's preferences then it should
still use the KDE setting.  It sounds like this is not the case.

Oh, and if Gaim is using the KDE browser it might be good to put a
message about it in our preferences window.  Something like, "You can
change your web browser in KDE's settings window thingy."
