[Bug 49366] Printer not detected HP no_device_found

Public bug reported:

In Breezy my printer, HP 3816 usb, was detected straight on. In Dapper,
it is not detected by gnome-cups-manager at all. No printers detected
and port list gives only hp no_device_found. My printer is connected.

lsusb gives:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 03f0:1a04 Hewlett-Packard
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

This bug is quite a showstopper for me.
