[Bug 49350] The name of the city Vienna is wrong in the gweather-applet.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

It says "Vienne" instead of "Vienna". In Breezy it was "Wien" what is
the right name in german. Because everything at the applet is in german,
I think "Wien" would be the best choice.
