[Bug 47970] Disks Manager help file is not installed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

The help file for Disks Manager is not installed.  When clicking the
Help button from within Disks Manager, the program complains with a
dialog box:

Could not display help
Unable to find the help files in either /usr/share/gnome/help/disks-admin or /usr/share/gnome/help/disks-admin.  Please check your installation

On 6.06 (Dapper Drake) final.
