I have created https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionReportSilc-toolkit
with as much as I can do alone. I haven't done a main inclusion report
before, so it still needs work from someone who knows what they are
doing. Hopefully all the links etc. that I have put in there will save
that person a fair amount of time. I haven't added it to the queue.
