[Bug 54212] "Get Help Online" in Yelp goes to non-existent page

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 6.06, all updates installed

1. Choose "System" > "Help" > "System Documentation".
2. In the help window, choose "Help" > "Get Help Online".

What should happen:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+sources/yelp/+gethelp

What actually happens:
https://launchpad.net/distros///+sources/yelp/+gethelp (Page not found)

Apparently this bug does not occur for most people (Launchpad Web stats
show plenty of people arriving at the proper address), and I don't know
why I'm special.
