[Bug 53515] Always put string "1.0" after application name when creating about dialog

Binary package hint: glade-2

Step to reproduce:
1. sudo apt-get install glade-2
2. glade-2
3. in palette window, click GTK+ Additional button
4. click about dialog button below....
5. You can not remove string "1.0" from application name in about dialog you just been creating

Additional note:
When you run the application, there is no 1.0 in about dialog.
