[Bug 50116] Re: "not negotiated" error after playing first file

As suggested in the upstream bug, I compiled gstreamer0.10.19, totem and
banshee from source today. I can now confirm that this issue is fixed
upstream since the 0.10.19 release of gstreamer-plugins-base. Dapper
still needs a fix though.
