Added remote bug at the GNOME bt. It appears that the upstream developer (Sebastien :) ) seems to think that nautilus is not running -- however Nautilus is running when the gconf change is made. Thanks a lot! -- toggling "show desktop" setting fails https://launchpad.net/bugs/53184
