I see the following error at the console:

(evolution-2.8:8421): evolution-shell-WARNING **: Cannot activate
'OAFIID:GNOME_Evolution_Exchange_Component:2.8': Child process did not
give an error message, unknown failure occurred

If that plugin is the equivalent of launching exchange-connector-
setup-2.8 manually, when I do so I get the following error:

exchange-connector-setup-2.8: error while loading shared libraries:
libeutil.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
