[Bug 52876] crashes when selecting a region on pdf from apples keynote

Public bug reported:

When I select a region of text with the mouse, it crashes even before I
finished selecting.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Download and open
http://www.wtgc.org/IT/ISG/courses/FarmCourse2006.pdf
2. Select a text region with mouse
3. crash

Expected Results:
not to crash

How often does this happen?
Always. On any text selection.
