[Bug 29933] Make pathbar meaning more intuitive

Description:
To make the pathbar more intuitive, you could add a small triangle pointing rightwards between each button. 
I saw this in Vista screenshots and it looks more understandable.

You could also remove the frame around the buttons, since the pathbar is
perceived like a toolbar.
