Weather Report 2.12.1 from gnome-applets 2.12.1-0ubuntu1 in Ubuntu 5.10.

No, I normally use Australia/Melbourne which works fine, and have tested
some other cities.  I'm in Dunedin for linux.conf.au and wanted local
weather; it has not worked the entire time I've been here (since Monday
23 Jan 2006).
