[Bug 29524] system -> shut down (or log out) -> click on X to close will crash nautilus

that bug is known and fixed upstream, but you said "(or if I click on
the door at the top+right corner of my desktop) ", this button open an
another with 6 icons which is not a panel and should not crash the same
way. Do you have your issue with both the menu and the panel session
dialog?
