Thanks for your bug. The menu item has been masked as specified by
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MenusRevisited. The feature should be available
from nautilus though but is broken at the moment which is bug #29335.
I'm closing it as a duplicate, feel free to reopen if you disagree
